Error when Billing

Hey so this is the second time it has done this (I've had now tv for 3 billing months now) the first month's payment came out fine on time however this one and the previous one have become overdue as they haven't been coming out automatically, the billing information hasn't changed or anything is there any information as to why this occurs? Any information is welcome.
