I have an entertainment pass but am getting an error when trying to play content that I need one to watch!
I have signed out and in again and have restarted my tablet.
I am using the app on an android tablet

There has been a raft of errors going round NOW. Just have a nosy at the forum and you’ll see the last 20 posts being error related.
You need to report the issue on live chat.
For live chat just click "chat online" within the green box. Don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.
