Cancelled Sports Membership still got billed.

Arrghhh!! Cancelled my Sports package a few weeks back, then today got billed for another month, and the only options are to talk to the 'community' or a 'bot' that isn't working. Would like a refund, also when someone is cancelling could you please stop constantly asking 'do you want to cancel' like 6 times.

Definitely agree that the cancellation process is rather long and could do with changing. Did you get any emails to confirm that the membership was indeed cancelled?

To get onto live chat you need to click “chat online” within the green box. Avoid “get help quicker” as this is the bot your encountering.
