Being charged twice by @NowTV. Does anyone know how to get them on the phone to correct their mistake? Already checked an alternate (previous) account and it’s not thorough that. Will be cancelling the subscription if they don’t resolve

I am assuming it's TV Memberships with NOW ?
If it is, then NOW don't have a telephone helpline number for TV Membership customers (only Broadband customers have access to a NOW telephone number).
Best way to contact NOW with regards to account TV Membership is to use their live web chat service by clicking on the green chat online button towards the top of this link page below or alternatively drop them a message by using the web form from the same link.

Out of curiosity when you go to your NOW online account under Bills & Payments does it show the double charge in the same billing month for two Entertainment, two Cinema, two Sports month Memberships on the account you mentioned ?
