Direct debit

I haven't missed a payment you company all of a sudden can't process my DD

NOW don't take payment using Direct Debit, when you joined you agreed to grant them a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) to take regular payments using your chosen card details (credit/debit) or PayPal. Assuming you are paying by card, has this perhaps expired, been cancelled or reached it's limit?

And payment for what? You do know NOW provide both broadband and TV streaming?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
