I had taken nowTV for just 1 month and cancelled it after a month. I am still getting bills and it is getting diducted by direct debit from my account. I need to get refund. how to go about it?

Cancelled what? NOW offer 4 different types of memberships.
Did you get an email confirmation of the cancellation?
