Devices

Hi I am trying to add my PS4 as a device on my account but a message saying that I’ve ‘exceeded the number of devices’ keeps coming up even though I’ve only got 2 devices currently registered on the account.

Don't know why that you can't add a third device to your Account under "Devices" if it's only  currently showing two slots out of four used (perhaps there is a glitch or bug).

You will need to speak to live chat and explain to them what's happening, where they will need to reset & remove all the devices on your account.

Then you can add the devices again which will be automatically added when you watch some nowtv content on them.

If you open the link below and click on the grey drop down arrow below Anything else to reveal the live chat button.
