How far, exactly, have you got in the procedure?
Can you describe ‘does not work’ in better detail? It’s best to use a browser you haven’t used much if at all, run it in Safe Mode or whatever the browser calls it, hasn’t got a cache full of unknown junk that is interfering.
Now do delete the account for you, in the end (and indeed nobody else can), but there are very specific GDPR practices to be followed.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
