Delete account

Hello, I want to remove my now Tv account as it takes bills off my card details, and I don't use now Tv anymore. So I want remove it asap.

We’re all customers here, like you, and we can’t do what you ask.

 

But, as long as you haven’t started an account you don’t know about, you can cancel all you memberships for yourself, via My Account /Manage Account.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I think I have may have found a solution
Go to - https://help.nowtv.com/article/make-a-data-request
Make sure you cancel your memberships and once your membership has ended you can request to delete your info.
Select Right to Erasure and complete the form
Select delete my data and fill in your details

They then have 30 days to do this as per GDPR Guidelines

Long winded but hopefully this helps - I spent about an hour trying to find how to delete my data/ account.

I agree they just send you on a merry go round.  I've been sent a link twice to delete my account but the link does not work.   They should be knowledgeable enough to delete the account for you but are just having a laugh .  Steer well clear!
