I am assuming you are referring to NowTV Broadband ?
If so there are two types of NowTV Broadband services that NowTV provide which are :-
1. No Contract where you can cancel anytime.
2. Saver Contract where the Administration Fee is usually waived or reduced where you are on a fixed 12 month contract.
You can terminate your 12 month contract early, but i would imagine there will be penalty costs involved.

Check your email order confirmation from NowTV which should indicate if you signed up to the no contract option or the Saver 12 month contract option.
If you cant find the emails in question, then a duplicate email may be found under My Account > Message Centre whilst logged in on here.
