Charged when membership is cancelled

Can someone help me the bots are no help I am being charged still and I cancelled  my membership

Did you get an email confirming that?

If not, you probably bailed out before completing the process.

Try again, and this time, keep going until you get that email.

By the way, it wouldn’t be that you had more than one membership, but only cancelled one of them, would it?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I cancelled all of them and when I go on to see if I need to cancel any more memberships it says that they are all cancelled

Then the possibility is that you have a further account, and this is what the membership is on. How much are you paying per month, and in how many separate amounts?
