Charged twice

We have been charged twice, never know when the correct billing date is, goes out in the middle of the day separate times! Finding it hard to get a way to contact a actual person to sort this instead of the nowbot! Anyone who can help i'd appreciate it!

You need to tell us what you're getting charged for as you never said in your post.

For ALL streaming TV memberships they are handled separately and will not be billed at the exact same time. So if you're seeing two payments for the same amount, it sounds like you got both cinema and entertainment memberships running, as they are £9.99 each.
