Charged twice a month and can't chat to a person

I get charged £6 a month and £9 another time in the month. 

I don't know what for. But the chatbot just keeps going in circles and I can't chat to a real person.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like you took the entertainment offer which included a free trial of boost and cinema which were going to be £6 and £9.99 unless cancelled. 

To speak with staff you need live chat. Which you need to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
