Charged incorrectly

I rang up because my bank kept declining the payment of now tv for this months payment so I put 22 credit onto my account over the phone and it still keeps trying to come out of my bank every day even though I have already paid it

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; you won’t.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
