Been billed for cinema after cancelling

I took on a trial of entertainment & cinema pass, they've already taken ine payment & I realised it wasn't worth the money, so I went through all of the rigmarole of cancelling. I triple checked that both passes were cancelled

Have you got details of this trial? Because I don’t think there is one, and that you bought the 6 months Entertainment offer, with a free trial of Cinema and Boost.

So even if you cancelled those, and even if you cancelled Entertainment (which I suppose it must let you do) that will only cancel it after the six months is up.

Best throw yourself on the mercy of Live Chat, see if they will let you off the commitment as you didn’t understand what you were actually buying.

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; you won’t.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
