Firstly you should be able to cancel your mobile sports pass yourself by going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here.
Once you click on the cancel button, follow all the steps on screen (approx four steps) until you get the cancelled notification message.
With regards to a refund because live chat is closed due to COVID-19, your best option would be to go back to your Passes & Vouchers section of your account.
Where under the FAQ - " i think i have been incorrectly charged - what should i do ? " there is a request form you can send back to NowTV.
