So apparently I have 2 nowtv accounts, this one and another one. Have tried logging into this other account but apparently the email address does not exist. Unfortunately it's the other account that had some form of pass on it. I tried to log into this account but the email address apparently doesn't exist. I double checked it by using the account tracker and yup it's the same email address that apparently doesn't exist. Obviously with the whole covid 19 thing there's no live chat. If there's an email address to use they hide it very well. So I decided to put the card that this payment is taken from on hold. Lo and behold I receive an email to the email address that "doesn't exist" telling me they couldn't take my payment.
What an absolute shower of s**t this organisation is.
