Payment details

Hi there, I have been having monthly issues regarding my payments from now tv broadband. I recently changed banks and updated my payment details accordingly. However every month since updating my payment details now tv have been unable to take payment and threaten me with cutting off my servicd. I followed the instructions from their email and rang the number and paid over the phone. However they still aren't taking my payment and insist I need to phone to do so. Is this a common problem? Or do I have to spend hours queing on the phone again.
