I have been charged 4 times this month. Can someone explain and solve this issue? I cannot deal with a bot service. I need real HUMAN customer service as I demand my money back.
Are they for four different TV Memberships on the same account and what does it show under My Account > My Bills & Payments on here ?
Did you start any free trials and didn't cancel them ?
Does anybody else in the family have access to your account and if so have you added a Payment Pin to it ?
