Charged 3 times!

I signed up for a special price of £6.99, not only have I been charged £6.99, a few days later I was charged an additional £9.99 and a few days after that another £6.00! I can’t find how to contact the company either

This is something that Now are doing, which they mustn’t.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Firstly see this link which will explain why you won't get a reply from staff.

When you took the entertainment offer on the offers section. You automatically got enlisted in 7 day free trials of both cinema and boost. This was clearly stated in the offer and its T&C.

As for saying 'I don't want boost' you best read fully about this link to see if you need or want it.

Also cancel is your friend, play the game and you will be given retention offers. The sole reason I am paying £2 for boost and have been for 18+ months.

To get any hope for a refund you must speak with staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
