As per the subject. The account was only linked to a username, when using my email address I get logged in to another account without membership. I've tried the account finder by using my name and credit card details, but it takes me to the one linked to my email. I've just got charged for another month but I can't even access the membership to cancel it. Please help me to reset the password and cancel the membership.
