I've been trying to cancel after having the weeks trial - every time I click on something it tells me 'oops something went wrong try again' I've been refreshing and re-logging in for 5 days now with the same response
Now when I get onto passes (I saw on another section this is where we can cancel them) it says 'we're having trouble displaying your passes, please wait a moment and try again' every time I try
