Cancelling Membership

NOW TV won't let me cancel my subscription. I've used NOW TV on-and-off for years and have always been able to cancel when I wanted. It's now telling me that I'm in a 6 month contract, which was not made obvious at all when I subscribed and has never happened before. It's impossible to speak to anyone from NOW TV and the chat function just directs you here. Afters years of using NOW TV, this now feels like a real scam and I'm quite surprised by it.

NOW have been offering discounts for extended 6 month memberships for a while now, it is incumbent on you to read the T&Cs before signing up. If you click on the green Chat online button near the top of the page here it will get you straight through to an agent.

Thanks! I was able to use the chat to actually communicate with someone and they've sorted it - cancelled the membership and refunded.
