No offers show after cancelling NOWTV Entertainment

Just cancelled my membership and disappointed to see no offers appear during the

process 😞

With the number of competitors vying for business was surprised.

Perhaps I'll get an e mail from them before current membership ends?

Sometimes I get this, then I reactivate the membership the next day and then get some offers. It's a baffling system for sure!

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

As long as Now has exclusive content that people want, they don’t have competitors in the direct sense, only in the sense that Now compete for a share of your monthly budget.

In fact, an issue we have long lamented is that Now seem to see Sky Q and Sky Glass as their competitors, rather than other streaming services, as those two Sky services are the only ones carrying the same content.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

It's unlikely you will get an offer before your current membership ends. How long does it have to run?

I generally have found that it is better to leave it until it has nearly ended. Having said that, I have tinkered with other memberships earlier in the past and got a result. It seems that there are no hard and fast rules I'm afraid. You can always undo your current cancellation and try again nearer the time?
