Be careful when using Chrome as a browser when trying to cancel Now Cinema or Entertainment packages.
It doesnt always work (despite the website confirming the cancellation).
Apparently, the optimum web browser is Firefox.
There is no telephone customer service available, so have to resolve via live chat if you have issues.
To their crediy, they resolved it quickly, but was still a pfaff getting to that point.
I use Chrome through preference and I can assure you and anyone else that every time I have cancelled a membership it has worked, followed up by a confirmatory email. You have to make sure that you go through the various "are you sure?" steps along the way. But as long as you follow it through it will work.
A tip for the future, to double-check Cancels have worked, from :-
“Go into Manage Account/Now Membership, and make sure than none of the memberships you thought you had cancelled are offering Cancel Membership. If they are, repeat the Cancel.”
