We can't cancel - NOW keeps taking money, can't contact anyone - spoken to the bank, keep blocking payments, they keep changing the name to get payments, everything is cancelled - we have no idea what else we can do about it
What happens when you try to cancel?
If you have asked the bank to block the payments, then they, not you, are responsible for paying any further money that goes out.
While you and I don’t know the unique ID associated with the CPA, the bank should, so there is no way that Now should be able to ‘change the name’ to keep it running.
Two things occur to me, one of which may be that someone has your Now Account details, and keeps restarting cancelled memberships.
Carry out this three-step process to nip any such in the bud:-
1. Set a Payment PIN (Account Summary/Settings & PINs) so that you, and only you, can take out memberships;
2. Change your Account Password;
3. Blow all devices, except the one you are carrying out this task on, off your Account, as under the second heading here:-
The second thought is that you may have a second account running that these charges are coming from. Check as here:-

Did you take the membership out from the app or the website? If it was the former that is why you can’t cancel on the website and is managed by your App Store.
