I am trying to cancel my membership
my account is showing no subscriptions yet I am charged every month

See if any of the suggestions that I posted on this other thread in the link below helps.
I am also assuming you are billed directly through NOW and not a third party such has Amazon, Apple, etc.

As @schnapps pointed out if the billing is not with NOW then it could be that you taken the membership(s) out via the app or BT itself. See this link which explains everything from being billed through NOW and third party.
