Now TV has cancelled my internet in error and can't reinstate it for two weeks? It only took a day to cancel so why two weeks to fix and all because I reported a fault and said I will be moving??? Fuming

Nothing can be done on here I’m afraid. No staff will also be able to assist.
You’re best to pester the broadband team until you’re happy with the resolution.
