Broadband

My wifis not working I pay my bill every month on my pay day and it’s been turned off for 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get in contact with now tv nothing back the live chat is awful I get paid same time every month which is when I pay my bill this is disgusting

You pay for internet through a router which in turn gives you wired (ethernet) and wifi connections. 

Live chat is for TV streaming only. 

Broadband is handled by call centre. See this link for the number.

Live Chat don’t deal with broadband problems; though I suspect you’ve actually been dickering with the Nowbot under ‘Get Help Quicker’, since if you had got to Live Chat, they would have told you where to go for broadband help.

But I’m not clear if your broadband has been pulled because you are in arrears paying for it, in which case:-

or because of a technical fault that has gone uncorrected because you haven’t told Now Broadband about it. In which case, you can ring them free on 150 on your landline to discuss this.

If you haven’t got a phone on your landline though, take your pick of:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
