Anyone had an email saying their Boost has been cancelled because they have recently cancelled their last qualifying membership? I haven’t cancelled anything but it doesn’t look like a scam email. Checked my account and Boost, Cinema and Entertainment memberships are all still there. Just wondering if it has been sent in error by Now? Can’t find a way to talk to either a person or a bot that doesn’t insist I have to answer irrelevant and incorrect questions before it will engage with me on a different topic.
