I have been paying twice each month since April £11.99 and£7.99 sometimes £8.99 I have been trying to ring now tv but every number I have is not the right number this is a very poor customer service I hope someone can help me

These are the prices for an Entertainment pass (£7.99, and later £8.99) and a Movies Pass (£11.99).

 

You can cancel these for yourself under My Account/Passes & vouchers.

 

Make sure you go through all four steps for each so they are really cancelled.

 

If you can’t see them there, then you probably have a second account open; if you can’t remember the details, then there is no phone number you can call, but you can talk to Live Chat about it, thus:-

On Live Chat, when you can get onto it, keep your answers short, sweet and prompt, or it will time out on you.

If the person you are talking to doesn’t seem able to understand your issue, ask to be escalated to the next level of help.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
