Bill enquiry

Just checked online and my bill for December was about £28 and January’s bill is about £43 haven’t heard about increases and was just wondering if anybody else was having any issues

Is this for TV, or broadband? I suspect the latter, but please clarify so that we can point you in the right direction.

It's very likely your 12 month discounted rate has come to an end. Granted you should have been notified via email about your options. 

Give the broadband team a call to discuss your options. Make sure to be signed in for the call centre info.
