Hi I lost my bank card so I have had to cancel it I’m currently waiting on a new card coming through the post but I’ve had an email saying that my bill hasn’t been paid will I be better to get in touch with them 
Just checked online and my bill for December was about £28 and January’s bill is about £43 haven’t heard about increases and was just wondering if anybody else was having any issues
