Been charged after 7 day trail for 3 separate ‘packages’

I have seen this a lot on the forums.

I got the free trail for 7 days and then cancelled a few days later to make sure I didn’t get charged. I have now been charged £10 for an entertainment pass, £10 for a movie pass and £5 for a boost or something. 
now why would I want to get all of that after a 7 day trail anyway.

firstly, I should have never been charged for it, and secondly the advertising for this “trail” seems really misleading and should be changed.

Yes, however it was a trail for 7 days which I cancelled before that time was up

Which membership did you cancel? 

In that offer you get a free trial to 3 completely separate memberships with boost, entertainment and cinema. 
If you wanted to cancel NOW then you’d have to cancel all 3 individually.

I did cancel them and still got charged for the 3 packages

Did you get confirmation emails stating all 3 memberships were indeed cancelled?
