Automatic Renewal not authorised

I've cancelled my subscription a month ago, during the cancellation period but somehow it was automatically renewed not even sending an email of confirmation.

 

I've done this so many times and I'm really disappointed with the NOWTV team. 

Please, I want my money back as I've cancelled (again) just one hour after the money left my account.

When you get you should get email confirmation for the cancellation, if you aren’t getting this then I hate to say you’re not going through the cancellation process completely.

To stop any new memberships starting without your consent you should set up a payment PIN on your account.

For any chance of a refund you must speak to staff as is wont be done on here. The forum is customer to customer interaction with staff seldom posting on it. 

To speak with staff you need to go to live chat which can be accessed by clicking “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
