Access to my Account

I don't think I've ever had access to my account.

It's possible that there may be 2 accounts using the email address with which I sign in. We were with Now TV once a long time ago, and went to Sky or Talktalk or something and then came to Now TV again a couple of years ago (which is the contract we're still on, well technically out of contract right now but you know what I mean).

The reason I believe there may be 2 accounts is because when I sign in I can't view any bills or packages or anything of the sort. It tells me I have no previous payments.

However, I sign in using the email address to which I receive monthly bills.

I've also tried replying to one of the bill or renewal emails with this, with screenshots and everything but no response yet.

Is there a dedicated email address I can contact or can anyone else help me?

i had (still have?) a SkyId that I used to sign into Now with, but I don’t think you could have two accounts with the same email address, or you certainly would hit the issue you are facing.

However, people having one account for Broadband, and a different one for streaming, accidentally or deliberately, is not uncommon. Use this page to see how to search for duplicate accounts:-

Another possibility is that you might have signed up for Now streaming with a third party? In which case, you will only see your billing details on their site, not on Now:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
