Shame, as you could have taken it up any time in the last month of a previous offer, to start when the next renewal date came round 😢
Call Now Live Chat, and see if they will be kind and honour the offer anyway.

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; the Nowbot, while it means well, doesn’t know its own limitations, and it won’t help you once you get to this stage.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
