How do I change to social tariff

I’m on PIP, universal credit & ESA. I understand from the Citizens Advice via a relative that I can/should be on a social tariff.

Can someone please help? @links to members

Thanks

@DEEDO

Write to customerservices@ NowTV.com (omitting the space)

setting out your eligibility and explaining you can’t use a phone.

Someone from Now will be in touch.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
