iPhone app logging in problem

Hi, I'm having problems logging on to the app. I keep getting the error message saying my sign in details aren't recognised, please check and try again.
I've tried resetting my password several times online and have reinstalled the app twice but I'm still getting the same message.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please let us know if you are able to sign into NOW TV on any other device? 

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone?
