iPad app is telling me incorrect username or password, but I'm using the same details to login and post this message.

Same problem, set it up on my Apple TV at home, trying to connect on my iPhone won't recognise username/password. Supposed to be able to access on four devices, do I really have to wait a month to add the second?
Bought a six-month pass, will only get two month on all devices?

Did you buy your pass through your ITunes account ?

Live chat might be your best option.
