Unable to login iPad app

iPad app is telling me incorrect username or password, but I'm using the same details to login and post this message.

Can you confirm if you can watch on other devices or just log in?

Same problem, set it up on my Apple TV at home, trying to connect on my iPhone won't recognise username/password. Supposed to be able to access on four devices, do I really have to wait a month to add the second?

 

Bought a six-month pass, will only get two month on all devices?

Did you buy your pass through your ITunes account ?

Live chat might be your best option.

 

If you open up my previous link in my above post, click on the "contact us" in the green box towards the bottom left of the page, this will take you to a secondary page where you can either email or speak to a live chat advisor.

 

Recommend using a PC, Laptop or Mac when you contact them.
