Nowtv not working

Hi I was wondering if you could shed some light on my nowtv account. I have 2 registered iPhone/iPad for my account but I always seem to get locked out. Then it says I can only register 4 devices but I only ever use iPad or iPhone and nothing is working

@Anonymous User Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps? Doing a quick reset on the tablet/phone can sometimes sort it out.
