I can't log in to app on iPhone or ipad

Please help. Very frustrated!! Sounds like a much wider problem. I have tried update my IOS I have tried deleting the devices the adding them back on I have also tried deleting the reinstalling the apps. Please can a member of the technical team help resolve the issue on my account.
