Now TV app not working on Xbox One?

I have being trying to sign into my now tv app on the xbox one for days now but can get no further than the login screen, I have entered the correct email and password but the app doesn't open when I click OK? I have changed my password online but didn't help, has anybody had similar problem and manage to solve it?

Thanks for getting in touch with us can you advise on whether you have special characters in your password if so can you change the password and only include numbers and letters to see if this helps? also try clearing the cache on the app and uninstall and reinstall the app. Also make sure there is not 2 of the same app installed.
