I have been charged even thou I have a 2 month pass

I was bought an xboxone for
Christmas and received a 2 month pass from game. Activated the voucher and now have been charged £6.99 and £9.99!!!

@Anonymous User your two month pass would only be for movies or entertainment, not both or sport. Check your purchase history to see what the charges were for.

I was charged for the entertainment package but was charged for the movie pack. They said they didn't activate it and said it was probably a glitch. Still charged me
