watching entertainment

I am trying to watch the programme criminal minds on my hp pc and I can get onto the website fine but the message "your device activity limit has been reached, you cannot add another device" comes up? please help me?

Hi @Anonymous User

 

I have allowed you an extra change on your devices so you can add the PC in once you have made a space for it on your device list.

 

In regards to Criminal Minds this has now left the service as our rights to this program have now expired.
