error message that wont allow to watch

i have been given a 14 free trial and have chosen a film to watch yet it says i am unable to download license.  Please can you help and if not please cancel my trial

no virus

I also tried some of the other films and programes same reply

The issue is with your operating system.

We don't support Windows 2000.
