for several days now, every time i try to access programmes on my windows 10 laptop it comes up with the message:
'Sorry, there was an error. Please try again.'
and I am unable to watch any shows....
Can anyone help or suggest anything?

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear this. Have you been able to try an alternative browser? And or clear the browser cache. We also have a NOW TV app in the Windows store, can you download this and try to view via the app and see how you get on.
