Help!!! Trying to play a movie never had an issue before on my windows pc and this message keeps coming up '

I have gone into silverlight cleared permissions etc and checked and unchecked and rechecked playbacks and fast playback and it still keeps giving me this message!
 
Any help appreciated...if i cant play them no need to keep the subscription and very unhappy children 😞

@Anonymous User do you use Avast Antivirus?

 

Avast is falsing flagging a file used alongside Silverlight.
I'd suggest whitelisting NOW TV

  1. Open the Avast user interface and go to Settings » General
  2. Find the tab EXCLUSIONS and add *.nowtv.com/* in the Urls tab
