Is it just one particular episode of season four or is it multiple episodes?
Are you using Silverlight or the Windows 8/10 app?
if you're getting any error messages. What error messages are you getting?
Finally, if you do have a Windows 8/10 computer, I strongly recommend that you use the Windows app instead of Silverlight. The Windows app can be found in the Windows store app on Windows 8/10 and is downloaded and installed free of charge. Note the Windows app will be seen as a different device by nowTVs systems
