Device limit issues - Same PC.. Browser?

I have just removed a device and added another which works fine.

Internet explorer allows me to watch from this PC but then when I open Firefox it says my devie limit is reached... (browser cap or HW cap???)

I log out of IE and reboot PC.

Open Firefox without logging into IE and still prompts me that I have reached my device cap.

As this is the ame device, why am I getting this error?

Can an admin please explain or reset my devices.

Welcome to the forum.

The Windows app is counted as a separate device to a web browser, but different browsers shouldn't (although I noticed you mentioned rebooting your PC, if you have a dual boot or something similar I suppose that might confuse things). Anyway I'd suggest you have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.
